When will my FlexiBin be collected?

Your FlexiBin will be collected within 5 working days.

What we can take

Your FlexiBin is as tough as a skip and handles most loads, but there are a few exceptions. 
It's up to you to make sure your FlexiBin is filled with the right stuff. If it isn't we won't be able to take it away.

* NOTE: 4.5m width is required at point of collection.

Pick up zones

Your FlexiBin will be collected from any suitable location
within a 15km radius of an authorised stockist. For
services out of zone, please contact us as prices
or simply check your address on our website.

                                    To make sure our collection truck can get at your FlexiBin and make a clean getaway,
                                    please follow the placement guidelines below

• If the truck has to enter your property, the driveway access must be at least 3 metres wide and 9 metre high. 4.5m width is required at point of collection.
• Ensure access to the collection site is clear.
• Ensure the collection point is flat on the horizontal axis for the collection vehicle
• If pickup is over a fence, your FlexiBin needs to be within 4 metres of the street kerb and the fence no higher than 1.2m.
• Don't put your FlexiBin within 4 metres of tree branches, phone or power lines.
• Get all the waste in the bin, not all around it. Do not over fill.
• Don't place your FlexiBin on the berm or roadside. It's against Council regulations.
