Your FlexiBin must remain within your property boundary. Placing it on public land without a permit may result in fines. Please confirm with your local council beforehand.
All waste must be inside the bin with nothing sticking out over the top. This is to ensure the safe lifting and removal of your FlexiBin.
For safety reasons, FlexiBin is a single-use product and cannot be returned once it has been removed.

To help you stay within the weight limit, you should only fill up to 20cm of the really heavy material in the bottom of your FlexiBin. We recommend you pile any concrete, dirt, soil, bricks, rubble, broken tiles etc in first. Then fill it up with lighter waste.

You can cancel your pickup provided you let us know at least 2 working days before the scheduled collection date.
If your FlexiBin collection hasn’t been attempted yet, you may be eligible for a full refund. If we’ve already attempted to collect your FlexiBin, we’ll refund the collection amount, and a $50 deduction may apply to cover the operational costs of the attempted pickup.

Yes. FlexiBins are lab‑tested in Germany and certified to meet strict safety and strength standards. When filled according to the guidelines, they’re as strong and reliable as a traditional steel skip bin.
FlexiBin is a woven polypropylene material that does not hold water. It is fine to be out in the rain when being filled for a short period of time.
Yes, there are maximum allowable weights. Please ensure you keep your FlexiBin below the following limits – and that it is not overfilled.
1m³ FlexiBin max weight = 200kg
2m³ FlexiBin max weight = 400kg
3m³ FlexiBin max weight = 600kg
Before filling your FlexiBin make sure you read the ‘Instructions for Use’ on the back of the packaging or on the sewn-on label. This will ensure correct placement and filling of the bag. Remember, if your FlexiBin is not loaded correctly, we will not be able to remove it. Pick up fees are non-refundable.
We can take just about anything including garden waste, soil, rubble, roof tiles, timber off cuts, plasterboard, appliances, furniture, electronics, household junk, DIY and renovation waste etc. For a list of acceptable items click here
We do not accept anything toxic or hazardous, i.e. asbestos, chemicals, paint, oil, car batteries, gas bottles, tyres, medical sharps, food waste etc. If these items are placed in your FlexiBin we will be unable to collect it. For a list of unacceptable items click here.
FlexiBin is a tough, heavy-duty, disposable bag that serves as a convenient alternative to a skip bin. Simply purchase one, place it in a safe collection spot, fill it up, and we’ll handle the rest.
You can use a FlexiBin as an alternative to a skip – for DIY renovations, landscaping, gardening waste, household junk, general home or garage clearouts, construction site clean-ups, demolition waste etc. It is also ideal when you are working in a limited space.
